Warranty

We guarantee that the products you purchase from us are authentic.

You will get as detailed description of our products as possible. Should you have any doubts about the authenticity of the product you purchased we provide a repurchase guarantee within 14 days of the date the product was purchased.

Packaging and delivery

No packaging fee is applied.

In case of bank transfer we use the current shipping rates of the Hungarian Post ( Magyar Posta Zrt.). Should your parcel get lost during transportation, we can only compensate you up to the current compensation rate of the Hungarian Post.

Courier

Our shipping rate for courier delivery within Hungary 2100 HUF. The price includes next -day delivery (week-day) during working hours up to 3 kg to an insurance value limit of 100 000 HUF.

COD delivery

COD delivery is only possible within Hungary.

We are not responsible for any damages due to transportation.

Any additional cost resulting from unvalid addresses are to be paid by the customer.
